Once in the spray booth, the spa shell and floor receive a thick coating of high quality 2lb. closed cell insulation. This insulation is blown into every nook and cranny and then allowed to dry hard.

The insulation increases the structural support of the spa and holds the plumbing lines securely in place. This insulated cavity forms the Tru-North insulation interior, designed to retain the heat from the equipment, for better heating efficiency.

The pumps and electronic pac are rubber mounted to an installation board. This allows for easy installation, quiet operation and effortless removal of equipment.

The equipment board is then positioned in the spa cavity and all sensors, lights and control panels are connected and tested. Plumbing lines are attached to the pump and heater barrel and the spa is ready for it's second water testing.

A Crystal Water's spa is one of very few spas that receive two complete water tests. All jets are observed for operation and performance and the power equipment is load tested to ensure all functions are performing.
