The flange of the spa shell is precision trimmed to fit the cedar skirt. Every acrylic spa shell has now received two inspections and two signatures, ensuring a quality shell that's free of any blemishes.

The trimmed spa shell is then precision drilled for jet positioning. Specialized drill bits are used to cut jet openings to the exact dimension. This ensures a proper jet fit that is resistant to water leaks.

The jet openings are then ground perfectly flat on the fiberglass side of the shell to further improve the jet fitting. Each jet is sealed around the outer flange with high-grade silicon for additional leak protection.

Pre-assembled plumbing lines are now securely fastened to the leak proof jets with a " Super Glue" formula that has proven to be the best in the industry. Years of spa manufacturing experience have been the best test for quality and durability.

The spa is beginning to take shape and is now capable of having water pumped and jetted through the entire plumbing system.

The spa is filled with water and the first of two water tests is conducted. Every jet fitting is examined and plumbing lines are inspected for leakage.
